Désir Du Chocolat are a forward-looking company who look to the art of the past for inspiration. The intricate cultural geometry influenced our launch collection, and shows our desire to take aspects of traditional craft and design and to re-model them for the future.

We draw on our architectural expertise to create the unique shapes of Désir Du Chocolat's products. The geometric designs are fed into architectural modelling software, to create sculptural 3D shapes. Clients can work with us to achieve a specific shape and mood or leave the process to Désir Du Chocolat's team of international artists.

At this stage our wireframes begin to look beautifully edible. We coat the shapes with virtual chocolate, creating a final computer-generated shape and forming the template for another piece of unique chocolate art.

To ensure our finished products are of the highest quality, we turn the computer representations into a physical model. These structures, beautiful objects in themselves, can be used as moulds to create amazing free-standing chocolates. We can also spray them with chocolate to create fantastical chocolate-scapes that can provide decadent scenery for a party or other event.

At Désir du Chocolat we take inspiration from the exciting, radical designs of modern architecture, and look to create new, cutting-edge chocolates with that same sculptural quality.
